GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS;

  • Celery
  • parsley
  • cucumber
  • carrots
  • ginger
  • lemon
  • avocado
  • banana
  • chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients except chia seeds into blender.
  2. Add water and blend.
  3. Add chia seeds and let it sit for 5 minutes before you serve.
