INGREDIENTS
Barbecue chicken;
- a whole chicken
- soy sauce
- salt & pepper
- olive oil
- fresh ginger
- fresh garlic
- coriander
- barbecue sauce
Garden salad
- lettuce
- avocado
- English cucumber
- bell peppers (green, yellow, red)
- carrots
- cherry tomatoes
- olives
Roasted potatoes
- potatoes
- fresh garlic
- fresh ginger
- salt
- basil
- butter
DIRECTIONS
BARBECUE CHICKEN
- mix ground ginger, ground garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper, coriander and oil as marinade
- mix marinade with chicken and let it sit for 20 minutes
- pre heat grill
- place the chicken in grill , keep turning until golden brown. as you turn brush the chicken with barbecue sauce for flavor
ROASTED POTATOES
- boil potatoes with ginger garlic and salt until half cooked
- grease the oven plate with butter and add the potatoes
- heat until golden brown
- season with herbs
GARDEN SALAD
- slice all ingredients to desired shape and size and mix with a vinaigrette dressing to taste
