Bean Butternut sauce served with vegetable rice, veggie stir fry &avocado

Bean Butternut sauce recipe.


  • Fresh beans
  • Butternut
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Green pepper
  • Carrot
  • Zucchini
  • Garlic
  • Ginger


  1. Stir fry onions tomatoes ginger and garlic with olive oil.
  2. Pour precooked butternut together with the stir fry veggies in blender.
  3. Stir fry another set of onions until caramelized, add tomatoes carrots. fry until soft
  4. Add the zucchini and pre cooked fresh beans and let it simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Pour the blended butternut into the pan.
  6. Add a spoon of plain yoghurt and let it simmer for 10 minutes
  7. Serve with vegetable rice and boiled veggies.
