Bean Butternut sauce served with vegetable rice, veggie stir fry &avocado
Bean Butternut sauce recipe.
- Fresh beans
- Green pepper
- Stir fry onions tomatoes ginger and garlic with olive oil.
- Pour precooked butternut together with the stir fry veggies in blender.
- Stir fry another set of onions until caramelized, add tomatoes carrots. fry until soft
- Add the zucchini and pre cooked fresh beans and let it simmer for 5 minutes
- Pour the blended butternut into the pan.
- Add a spoon of plain yoghurt and let it simmer for 10 minutes
- Serve with vegetable rice and boiled veggies.
