Covid happened and we all found ourselves having to adapt in order to survive. Life as we know it and systems have changed some for the better others went down the drain.
Due to lockdown , kitchens have been operating almost at half time , with half staff. So as we go back to being fully operational the staff need an awakening, new strategies need to be put in place.
